Blue Monday Live has been created by Chris Ward, for Blue Dot World Ltd, a not-for-profit business.

I have used my experience and contacts, across both sectors, to create Blue Monday Live and hopefully provide that opportunity.’
Chris is an award-winning entrepreneur, record-breaking cyclist, best-selling author, global charity campaigner and father of four.
Chris’s second book, about the misunderstood epidemic, ‘Perfectionist: There’s more to us than you know’, is published in May 2019
Most recently, He has been working with Film Director, Richard Curtis, the team at Project Everyone, and the global mobile industry, to send over two billion text messages, in-order to make the world aware of the UN Global Goals For Sustainable Development.
Previously Chris has been Creative Director of Comic Relief, a key figure on the legacies of the 2010 FIFA World Cup and 2012 London Olympics, created campaigns for BBC Children In Need and the Nelson Mandela Foundation and worked with the worlds’ biggest commercial brands, through the agency he founded and later sold.
He also wrote the number one work-life book ‘Out Of Office’ and has spent the last fifteen years running ten marathons and competing for GB in the amateur world cycling championships, whilst becoming the oldest Britain to cycle up Mount Ventoux six times in one day.
He was recently named one of the seven most important part-time working men in the UK and one of the 50 most inspiring Londoners.
